Active Spine Centre is a health studio dedicated to improving spinal function

Founded by Dr Jacob Black in May 2013, we are now currently operating out of two locations. Nagambie and Shepparton.

Since opening we have helped hundreds of families improve their health and wellbeing

What we do?

Promote a healthier nervous system

Chiropractic

Chiropractic care aims to restore and maintain normal spinal function. When the spine and joints become degenerated, injured or lose their normal range of motion from chronic postural stress, general wellbing starts to deminish

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy which focuses on soft tissue structures (muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments to enhance a persons health and wellbeing.
